RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, since all products at Buzzing Stories are made-to-order using print-on-demand services via Gelato through our Shopify store, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

This policy is in line with EU and international consumer protection laws regarding customized products.

SECTION 1 – NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
All products are custom-printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size or color choice

  • Customer error during ordering

Please make sure to double-check your selections (size, color, design, quantity) before completing your order.

SECTION 2 – DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production error, we’re happy to replace it. Please contact us at hello@buzzing-stories.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

We will work with our print partner Gelato to arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

SECTION 3 – EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right to cancel within 14 days does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods, including all print-on-demand products sold on this site.

SECTION 4 – REFUNDS
If a refund is approved due to a defective or incorrect item, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
